Processing Time
Each Needle Fine Art portrait is handcrafted to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of your order for your piece to be completed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide from Portugal.
Carriers
Orders are shipped via CTT (for Portugal and standard international destinations) or DHL (for expedited and international shipping), depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your portrait's journey to you.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary by destination after dispatch:
- Portugal: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
