The Kiss by Gustav Klimt

Originally painted between 1907 and 1908, this piece was created by Klimt at the height of what experts call his "golden period." Klimt also added gold, silver, and platinum leaf to his painting. To reproduce this effect, we included our Mouliné Étoile shimmering threads and Light Effects to give authenticity to his creation.

Gustav Klimt was an Austrian symbolist painter and a leading member of the Art Nouveau movement in Vienna (Vienna Secession). His most famous works include paintings, murals, sketches, and other art objects, many of which are exhibited at the Vienna Secession Gallery.
